Terms of Service

1. Service Agreement

By scheduling a cleaning with Messys Clean Co, you agree to these terms. We provide residential cleaning services according to the schedule and scope agreed upon during booking.

2. Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards and other agreed-upon payment methods.

4. Liability Limit

While we take the utmost care in your home, accidents can occur. Our liability, in any event, is limited to the value of the cleaning service provided. We are not liable for pre-existing damages.
